Marion has over 10 years in the Real Estate industry and over 25 years in Human Resource Management with fortune 500 companies. Marion holds a Master Degree in Education and a Bachelor's degree inClient personalized attention is the foundation of her business. Marion is committed to educating her clients on how to prepare their home for sale and how to get the highest possible price and for buyers what to look for in purchasing that perfect home. She considers herself a legal servant to her clients hoping to generate a life long relationship and raving fan, each month she holds free workshops for both sellers and buyers for informational purposes only. She strongly believes that information is powerful. The National Association of Realtors is partnering with select lenders and employers to increase Home Ownership opportunities for workforce families throughout Chicago. Marion has taken on the challenge of leveraging both Human Resources and Real Estate. In 2007 Marion was certified as an instructor for the National Association of Realtors. In this position she launched the Employer Assisted Housing campaign in the Chicago Market. The campaign focuses on assisting employers in developing an employer-assisted housing benefit. The campaign strategy promotes home Ownership opportunities for workforce families by providing access to housing information, comprehensive counseling and financial incentives.
